In the third quarter of 2022, the top five film and television applications in Ukraine exhibited diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

MEGOGO: TV, Movies, Audiobooks saw a notable fluctuation in its weekly downloads, peaking at 74K in mid-August before stabilizing around 15K to 24K in September. Revenue showed a gradual recovery, starting at approximately $104K and ending the quarter at around $92K, with a peak of about $106K in mid-September. The app's active users also displayed variability, peaking at 265K in mid-August and closing the quarter at roughly 169K.

SWEET.TV demonstrated a consistent increase in downloads, starting at 11.5K and reaching up to 46K in mid-August before stabilizing around 28K to 33K in September. The app’s revenue showed a steady upward trend, beginning at $18.6K and culminating at approximately $28K by the end of the quarter. Active users peaked at 103K in mid-August and settled at around 83K by the end of September.
